SHJ Authorised Person (MGPS) service provides for the following:

• The administration of procedures requiring a permit-to-work
• Provides cover to sites where there is no directly employed Authorised Person (MGPS)
• Provide cover in the absence of the regular Authorised Person (MGPS)
• Direct communication with the Quality Controller (MGPS), users and other key personnel
• Assess the competency of all Competent Persons (MGPS)
• Appoint and supervise the work of specialist contractors
• Advice on all equipment purchases associated with MGPS
