Project Management Process :
The services provided will normally include one or more of the following, depending on size, nature and complexity of the project:

• Agree precise specification
• Resource Planning
• Internal and external communications
• Lead or direct team
• Monitor progress against agreed milestones
• Prepare O&M manuals and as-fitteds
• Post-project review

Project Management services may be provided direct to the end client or in a support capacity to a main contractor or M&E sub-contractor.
