From over 40 years of working with hospitals in London and the South East, we have built up an enviable knowledge-base. We are acknowledged experts in the field of medical gas pipeline systems and we are willing to share that knowledge and expertise with our clients.

We do this in one of two ways: the first being our open style of communication, allowing and encouraging a direct interchange with our knowledgeable and experienced staff; the second, a more structured response to the wider estate strategy issues.

This service extends to include full and detailed site surveys, autocad facilities and as-fitted drawings, asset registers, AP and CP services, site investigations, condition surveys and project specific proposals.

The information so gathered may be commissioned for a variety of purposes but more commonly in the development of business cases and/or in the construction of a comprehensive plant replacement programme.
