On reflection communication was the dominant aspect to the successful scheme. The project team listened and understood the requirements of the Trust from both an Engineering and Sustainability aspect. Programme dates were achieved with regards to particular milestones; example, witness testing the equipment in the factory setting which provided confidence that all the component parts of the system were proved to function as designed. The advantage of external testing ensured that minimum disruption was achieved on site. Following commissioning the results highlighted the on-load efficiency of the compressors.
