New Year Promotions at SHJ

As we begin the New Year, we are pleased to announce a series of well-deserved internal promotions across SHJ, recognising the talent, commitment, and contributions of our team.

Ben Slawinski, a Durham University graduate with a BEng (Hons), who leads SHJ’s Plant & Service Department and has been promoted to Plant & Service Director.

We are also delighted to announce that Ellie Bush, a valued member of our Business Development team for the past five years, has been promoted to Business Development Manager.
In addition, we are pleased to recognise two long-standing members of our engineering team. Andrew Womack, who has been with SHJ for seven years, has been promoted to Senior Engineer (North), reflecting his experience and technical excellence. James Ellison, with nine years of service at SHJ, has been promoted to Senior Engineer (South) in recognition of his leadership, commitment, and ongoing support of our clients and teams.

These promotions highlight SHJ’s continued commitment to developing talent, recognising dedication, and investing in our people as we move forward into the New Year.
